- 3 large potatoes
- 1-1/4 cup sifted flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
Wash potatoes and cut into thin slices.
Mix flour and salt then add egg and milk and beat until smoother batter is formed.
Dip potato slices in batter and fry in hot oil to a golden brown.
Drain well and sprinkle with salt.
